Ongoing legal action against 5G

Soleil la vie was created to defend the living and to act in this sense. It is in contact with French and international scientists on radiofrequencies and microwave radiation, in particular.
In May 2020, Soleil la vie became aware of a proposed legal action in proceedings led by Mr. Girschig against the French mobile operators: Bouygues Telecom, Free, Orange and SFR in order to obtain an expertise to "verify (...) whether there is a risk, at least a doubt, as to the harmlessness of 5G on health and the environment. "
Upon reading this draft subpoena, Soleil la vie offered to collaborate in order to provide both scientific and legal expertise.
In parallel, Mr. Girschig mobilized people around his project and created the
"Collectif des 500".
On June 30, 2020, he summoned the mobile operators to the Paris Court of Justice, which initially scheduled the pleading for October 1, 2020 and then December 16, 2020.
On the judicial level, it is possible to join an ongoing action. Given the quality of work that our experts had previously provided and aware of the stakes of the situation, we have chosen to engage with this collective, by making an "Amicus Curiae" or voluntary intervention.
The procedure was thus strengthened by the indispensable enlightenment that we brought: numerous tangible studies, recognized by peers and demonstrating the biological dangers of the waves used by the said 5G on humans and on the environment.
Maître Joseph, a lawyer in health law at the Court of Grenoble, and Maître Leclerc, a lawyer at the Paris Bar, represented the association Soleil la vie.
On December 16, 2020, the trial hearing took place and here is the judgment rendered in summary proceedings on March 16, 2021 by the Paris Court of Justice (TJ):
- It was declared null and void the summons initiating the proceedings with respect to the plaintiffs.
- The TJ declares that it does not have jurisdiction and sends the parties back to appeal.
- The claims under Article 700 of the Code of Civil Procedure are dismissed.
- The plaintiffs are condemned to pay the costs (200€ maximum according to estimate)
Several options were offered to us:
- let it go: end this procedure for Soleil la vie.
- to appeal with the "collectif des 500".
- choose other legal paths in consultation with our lawyers and experts.
We have chosen the 1st and 3rd options, and we will keep you informed when we are able to communicate on the actions taken.

For this procedure, the association Soleil la vie has received 2885€ of donations. The legal fees amounted to 2820€. The 65€ difference is allocated to the treasury as a provision for the costs.
