Article 5 of the Declaration of Human Rights of 1789:

"The law has the right to defend only actions harmful to the society. All that is not defended by the Law can not be prevented, and no one can be compelled to do what it does not order. "  

Our projects:     

1 - demonstrate that geoengineering is a daily, global and extremely polluting practice that is harmful to health and society.     

 

2 - provide evidence that geo-engineering has been used extensively for many years and denounce its negative impacts on the environment, climate and life.     

 

3 - call for citizen mobilization and catalyze our skills and join forces to deal with these deleterious practices.     

 

4- legislate and promulgate a law that strongly regulates or even prohibits geo-engineering in France and internationally.
